The air-conditioning was odd, switching from cool to heat randomly, yet comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic time! The oceanfront view was incredible, the pools were perfect for the kids, and we really enjoyed Grotto's pizza that was easy to order poolside.

the refrigerator leaked twice

The location was more convenient than a GPS on a treasure hunt, with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The staff, especially Mo, treated us like VIPs right from check-in and made our stay enjoyable. The oceanfront views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking—like living in a postcard!

Unclean floors

Great ocean view, but the carpet in the room was dirty.

I loved the location right on the boardwalk. The beach chairs and bikes offered were a great perk. Our oceanfront suite had stunning views. The staff greeted us warmly, and check-in was seamless. Rooms were mostly clean and spacious. However, the indoor pool felt murky and uninviting. We requested room keys multiple times due to them not working. Sometimes, the front desk staff seemed unresponsive when I asked basic questions. Parking can be tricky. I had to move my car to find a spot after check-in, and some spots were shady and not well marked. Nevertheless, the outdoor pool was a nice escape, though it needed more seating.

The location is fantastic, right at the beginning of the Boardwalk where it starts to get quieter. We appreciated the spacious room with an ocean view and the included amenities like free bicycles. The housekeeping was great, especially our cleaner Kadeaa, who truly made our stay memorable. However, it would have been better if there were more linen provided from day one and clearer communication about room assignments during check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our trip despite the minor inconveniences.

The hotel offers friendly staff and great ocean views, making it a pleasant choice for families. the cleaning service could improve as the rooms weren't thoroughly cleaned during our stay, and parking can be inconvenient. a good spot for a family getaway.

Perfect Location and Fantastic Staff

I had a great stay for 3 nights with my family in an Ocean Front Suite with two queen beds and a balcony. The location was unbeatable, right on the beach, and the views from our balcony were stunning! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. However, the cleanliness of our room could have been better as we noticed some housekeeping inconsistencies during our stay.

I had the most very nice beach getaway! The oceanfront views from my Queen Suite were amazing, perfect for sipping coffee while listening to the waves crash. Plus, the spacious kitchenette made it easy to whip up snacks between lounging by the fine outdoor swimming pool. It was the ultimate recipe for relaxation and fun! 🌊
